Classes are adapted for all fitness levels. We offer two main classes, Powerbox and Metcon-Mega Blast.

This class is structured to build a firm foundation in Boxing e.g. basic guard, footwork, correct execution of strikes and defence techniques in a controlled and supervised environment with pro and amateur boxing coaches.

Students will also learn bag work, pad work develop reaction techniques using our unique state of the art reaction lights, how to hold and strike pads/ bags correctly and lastly how to put on hand wraps.

Strong emphasis on fitness, building (slowly and progressively), aerobic, anaerobic fitness, core strength, flexibility and coordination in a fun and friendly environment.

A results based programming model, which prides itself on innovation, uniqueness and quality. Prepare to sweat and have a great time!

Mega Blast is an innovative, challenging and systemised team training workout. Functional training for any level of fitness, our classes are 45 minutes long and will leave you feeling energised and ready for anything.

Come and join the family and let us help support you towards your fitness goals and targets!

Classes are 40 minutes long, with regular breaks to catch a breath and have some water.

Expect to be greeted by friendly staff, and other happy class members - all ready to make you sweat!

Classes are limited to 6 people.

We recommend comfortable, non-restrictive and breathable clothing as our classes make you sweat! 

Yes, we have an unlimited classes membership from only £45 per month.

Great set up, especially with the current circumstances. Matt always keeps you on your toes with new exercise circuits each week. Would definitely recommend if you are a beginner or if you don't like working out alone. Friendly atmosphere and I love coming here.

I tots recommend Blastfit. Matt really makes you work which is ideal for me as I need that push. I thoroughly enjoy the Hiit classes which really get your heart rate up and your sweat glands working overtime , though I just glow, darling !. The variety of different types of exercises keep the classes interesting and the session is over before you know it.

Matt is an excellent coach. He taught me how to box, from nothing, and I know that at Blast Fit Acton he'll help all sorts of people meet their fitness goals. I had my first BLAST today and it was wicked. First real fitness post CV19 lockdown and he managed to tailor it to be difficult whilst remaining achievable. Such a good setup. Give it a go.
