Matt has been in the fitness industry for over 18 years. In this time he has worked in many roles ranging from Fitness Instructor to Assistant General Manager.

Matt has a vast experience of working with many different people with many different goals. These goals have included hip replacement rehab to body transformation to athletic improvement.

As a Professional Boxing Coach, Matt can help you learn how to box, wether a novice or prepare you to compete if an amateur or professional fighter.In this role Matt has gained knowledge in how to get the most out of each person to achieve your goals.
Matt was chosen for the top 10 personal trainers 2021 by the institute of personal trainers.



I always loved to be active from an early age from playing football and tennis. I'll show respect, be friendly and be approachable so if anyone needs help I'll be there to support. Keeping fit is great for the mind, the body and it has done wonders for me over the years.

I joined the fitness industry because I enjoy helping people improve themselves and achieve their goals.

I'm level 3 personal trainer with sports studies qualification, football level 1 coaching badge, played in different football leagues, I worked in different types of gyms around London working with different types of people with different type goals. I've gained the knowledge to help you with realistic goals that you want to achieve.



I am a qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor with a Level 3 Diploma in Sport (development, coaching and fitness) & a Level 1 Boxing Coach certificate. The training methods I mainly use is Boxing, Bodyweight Calisthenics, HIIT and Strength training. 
My aim is to evaluate fitness levels, set SMART goals, monitor progress and BLAST through plateau. As a Fitness Instructor, I lead fun and energetic classes for diverse age groups and fitness levels. 



I work in the Fitness industry as I enjoy helping people lose weight; and improve their: flexibility, cardio fitness, and strength.

I am a Personal Trainer with a Certificate in Nutrition. I am also qualified in Core Stability.

My clients range from 13 to 73 years of age, from a competitive swimmer to people recovering from injury or operations.

Keeping fit is great for one's well-being and allows me to do many of THE things I did half a lifetime ago.
