Matthew Hirst has been in the fitness industry since 2002 where he was a personal trainer working at top London health clubs Holmes Place where he quickly established himself as one of the top performing trainers in the club. This led to being head hunted by the exclusive Chelsea Harbour Club where he trained the rich and famous. Matthew worked his way to PT manager and head coach where he was responsible for training the next generation of personal trainers.
Not just one of London’s top personal trainers, Matthew is also a professional boxing coach and boxing tutor teaching fitness professionals how to use boxing pads correctly.
Matthew has always wanted to make personal training accessible and more affordable so set up BLAST fit studio in Hanger Lane, Ealing. Here he brings his experience and expertise of helping people achieve their goals through his periodised program system. The system starts by posture analysis and corrective exercise before moving into functional training movements and finishing with human performance. This leaves individuals fitter, stronger and moving, looking and feeling better.
